About Alloy Partners
We are a venture builder. We partner with corporations and entrepreneurs to create startups and venture studios.
We started in 2020 as High Alpha Innovation, a spin-off from High Alpha. Our founding team developed a venture studio model there, which led to over 40 startups and raised more than $350M across four funds. We have since launched over 50 startups with partners worldwide.
Mission & Values
Our mission is to help corporations avoid the “innovation dilemma”
—situations where efforts meant to drive change accidentally destroy value. We combine the strengths of large companies and entrepreneurs to build advantaged businesses and succeed together.
Our core values are:
- We Are Bold: We challenge ourselves and our partners to develop daring perspectives and pursue ambitious ideas.
- We Take Action: We prioritize progress over perfection, using action to generate data and build with an advantage.
- We Win Together: We create opportunities, knowledge, and growth for both entrepreneurs and corporations, measuring our success by what we build and scale.
Team & Culture
We have a team of 51-200 people, including experienced founders, investors, designers, and operators. We aim to build a strong network of advantaged startups, and we look for leaders, entrepreneurs, designers, marketers, operators, and engineers to work with across our portfolio companies.
Our culture promotes taking action and achieving success together.
