- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business;
- Proven work experience in a multinational or Shared Service / Centre of Excellence environment;
- Exposure to closing governance and accounting policy application (IFRS);
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
- Knowledge of R2R (Record-to-Report) processes;
- Ability to leverage Copilot and automation tools to standardise and improve processes;
- Understanding of internal control frameworks and compliance principles;
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines;
- Proactive, structured and accountable personality with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities
Support month-end and year-end closing processes and review financial statements;
Perform account analysis, balance sheet monitoring, and prepare/review journal entries;
Monitor administrative costs and support budget control;
Assist with forecasting, annual target setting, and management reporting;
Collaborate with budget holders and local financial controllers;
Support tax compliance and ensure adherence to IFRS/GAAP requirements;
Contribute to internal control, risk management, and audit processes;
Support treasury activities (e.g., hedging and capital structure monitoring);
Utilize automation tools for data analysis and anomaly detection.

Salary range:
EUR 3,200–4,850 gross per month. The final salary depends on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.
