本ポジション「Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist (導入支援コンサルタント)」は、急拡大する日本市場においてHubSpotをご契約いただいた顧客に対し、導入支援・コンサルティングを行うポジションです。
導入支援担当者はカスタマーサクセスチームの中で最初に顧客との接点を持ちます。期間中にTime to value（顧客がサービスを利用してから価値を実感するまでにかかる時間）を縮めることは、その後の顧客の成功を左右し、サブスクリプションビジネスにおいて大きな役割を担います。
さらに、シニアコンサルタントとしてHubSpotの導入を成功させるためには、幅広い業界理解、複雑な設計と運用、複数のステークホルダーを管理できる能力が必要です。お客様のビジネスゴールを測定可能なオンボーディング目標へ落とし込み、ベストプラクティスをふまえてソリューションを設計します。

Responsibilities
- HubSpotを具体的なビジネスインパクトに結びつけるための、顧客のビジネス・ゴール・課題・組織体制等のヒアリングと初期構築および実装の支援
- 複雑なビジネスプロセスやデータモデルに合わせた、スケーラブルなソリューションの設計
- 連携やAPIなどの技術的なトピックに関する顧客への助言
- 新機能や製品アップデートへの理解と業務への適応
- 摩擦の少ない顧客体験実現に向けたセールス・カスタマーサクセスマネージャーとの社内連携
- アップセルやクロスセル機会の発見
- 初年度の契約更新を成功に導く
Minimum Qualifications
3~5年にわたる以下のいずれかのご経験
- マーケティング・セールス・カスタマーサクセス/サービスに関連する業務
- CRMやMAに関わるコンサルティング業務
変化の早い環境への適応力
技術的要素（連携、API）や顧客成長の戦略的側面について助言できる能力
さまざまな聴衆（技術者、経営層）に合わせてメッセージを調整できるコミュニケーション能力
顧客の成功や課題に真摯に向き合い、共に成功に取り組める
新しい分野の学習と自身の成長へのコミットメント
ネイティブレベルの日本語力と読み書きにおけるビジネスレベルの英語力
Preferred Qualifications
- CRMやマーケティングオートメーションの実務活用経験やコンサルティング経験
- APIやシステム連携の仕組みに関する概念を把握していること
