Position Overview
The Senior FP&A Manager is a key business partner to ANZ leadership, responsible for delivering high-quality financial insight, leading core FP&A processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the region. The role sits within a newly established FP&A function and will help shape how FP&A operates in ANZ.
What you’ll do
- Lead annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver monthly management reporting and executive commentary
- Own complex financial models and scenario analysis
- Partner with senior commercial and operational stakeholders
- Support pricing, investment, and cost optimisation decisions
- Potential to assist with M&A acquisition processes, with a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and tools
- Ensure alignment with group standards and data integrity
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel skills; BI / planning tools and Dynamics 365 advantageous
- Proven senior stakeholder engagement experience
- CA / CPA qualified (desirable)
- Multinational or regional experience advantageous
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products advantageous
