We are a software and web development company based in Greenville, SC, also operating as HyperionDev, an education technology provider. Through HyperionDev, we offer coding bootcamps and developer education programs to help individuals start or advance their tech careers by guiding them through course selection and admissions.

We build and maintain custom software platforms. These include portals for students, mentors, and placements, along with websites, payment gateways, signup flows, and data analysis tools. We use technologies like Python, Django, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Ubuntu for these systems, which support users worldwide.

We also develop AI-driven developer tools and platforms. We bid on education and technology projects and work with university partners. We operate in local and international markets across Africa, Europe, and the US, sometimes under brands like CoGrammar.

Our mission is to make education and tech careers accessible and to solve real problems for those who need them most. This guides our work in Africa, Europe, and the US.

We are a small team of 1-10 employees.

Our work environment is fast-paced and evolving, encouraging creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication. Our team collaborates with experienced professionals in edtech, developer education, and developer assessments.

Our management and founding teams have prior experience from companies like Google, Amazon, GetSmarter/2U, Zando, and Yoco.

We offer flexible and hybrid work, including remote options for those not near a HyperionDev campus.

Employees can enroll part-time in our Coding Bootcamps to learn new tech skills. Eligible employees may also participate in a stock option scheme, giving them potential ownership in the business.
