Job Description
We are looking for a colleague, who would join our Group Strategic Planning team. In this role, you will play an important part in corporate business planning and performance analysis processes. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making, performance improvements and help us achieve our ambitious goals. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Contributing to the strategic and annual planning processes in collaboration with colleagues and management of the holding company and it’s subsidiaries (Business Planning)
- Conducting benchmarks against regional energy companies and preparing periodical market development updates (Benchmarking and Market Analysis)
- Supporting the preparation of the content for Board meetings (Strategic Decision Support)
- Analyzing business performance and monitoring strategy execution progress, preparing reports with relevant comments and insights (Performance Analysis & Reporting)
- Overseeing the status and updates of the Strategic Initiatives Portfolio (Strategic Portfolio Oversight)
- Supervising the implementation of best corporate governance practices (subject to SOE’s) within the Group (Regulatory Oversight)
- Driving enhancements in business planning and reporting processes across the Group (Continuous Improvement)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in business or financial planning, controlling, analysis, reporting, or consulting
- Strong business planning and analysis skills
- Proactivity and a result-oriented mindset
- Collaborative approach with a focus on aligned decision-making and solving complex business problems
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in a large corporate group or matrix organization or knowledge of the energy sector or would be an advantage
