About Impact Life
We started Impact Life in 2020 to provide recovery support services, harm reduction services, and recovery residences. We also support behavioral health and recovery programs by managing insurance authorizations, utilization review, and in-house billing.
We work closely with clinical, admissions, and administrative teams to ensure all services are properly authorized, documented, billed, and reimbursed according to payer and regulatory requirements. We manage authorizations, monitor claim status, and assist with account reconciliation, helping patients access the care they need.
