About InductiveHealth

Founded in 2013 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, we provide IT services and consulting to solve complex public health technology problems for governments worldwide. We develop and implement public health data platforms to help manage and combat infectious diseases.

Our integrated platform unifies disease surveillance, syndromic monitoring, and immunization tracking for rapid public health response. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this technology processed millions of test results and coordinated vaccination efforts. Our disease surveillance systems have protected millions of Americans over the past decade.

We offer specific products like InductiveHealth EDSS, the CDC-developed NEDSS Base System (NBS), and open-source EpiTrax for managing notifiable disease investigations. For real-time syndromic surveillance, we provide ESSENCE®, which analyzes emergency department visits, urgent care encounters, and pharmacy data. Immunization tracking is managed through WebIZ, maintaining lifetime vaccination records and streamlining vaccine inventory management.

We specialize in data modernization and rapid electronic onboarding, building on FedRAMP and HIPAA-compliant AWS and Azure infrastructure. We use Mirth Connect and Rhapsody engines for HL7 v2.x and federal reporting requirements. We manage more clinical-to-public health integrations than other firms.

Our technology adheres to US Federal Government information security standards, including FISMA, HIPAA, and HITECH. We support State and Federal health agencies in the United States, plus PEPFAR and Global Fund initiatives in Africa and other foreign national governments. We have served over a dozen states, jurisdictions, and foreign national governments, implementing solutions across more than 40 state, local, and territorial jurisdictions. Recent acquisitions include SSDataInfo and Envision Technology Partners, and we partner with Origami Risk.
