Job Description
Infopro Digital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives across the APAC region.
This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling Market Access Solutions (MAS) to new business prospects within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will combine commercial drive with a strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific financial landscape, and will be comfortable building relationships with investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, fintech firms, and regulatory institutions.

Essential experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in proactive B2B business development, sales, or lead generation
- Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
- Experience selling to financial institutions, fintech, or enterprise clients
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage long sales cycles
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders across cultures
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Knowledge & skills:
- Good understanding of financial markets and financial institutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team
Location requirement:
- Must live within commutable distance of our Hong Kong office and commit to being in the office at least 4 days per week
Desirable:
Additional language skills (particularly Japanese) are a bonus but not required
