Infopro Digital is seeking a Marketing Executive to join the Asia Pacific Events and MAS team within our Risk Global division. This role plays a key part in driving audience growth, supporting commercial teams, and delivering high-quality marketing activity across our global events and managed services.

About the Role

As Marketing Executive – Asia Pacific Events & MAS, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive attendance, engagement and revenue across our Asia-Pacific event portfolio and MAS solutions. You will work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to execute campaigns that attract high-quality audiences and generate warm leads.

You will:

  • Learn and progress within a team known for developing marketing talent.
  • Create campaigns and assets that engage target audiences and convert them into event attendees and leads.
  • Support internal commercial teams with effective lead generation and marketing insights.
  • Contribute to global campaign coordination and best practice sharing across the Risk Global marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with event and MAS business goals.
  • Develop and deliver targeted campaigns including email, content, social, digital advertising, and partner marketing.
  • Create engaging and brand-aligned collateral.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to shape event and MAS strategies.

Delegate Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Innovate new tactics for audience growth using segmentation, data-driven targeting, and digital optimisation.
  • Collaborate closely with delegate sales teams to deliver high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
  • Deliver campaigns that directly support delegate revenue targets.

Brand & Global Collaboration

  • Ensure consistency of tone, standards, and design across Risk.net, WatersTechnology, FX Markets, 1LoD, and MAS.
  • Apply and elevate marketing best practices across all APAC activity.
  • Collaborate with the Europe and US marketing teams to ensure cohesive global messaging.

Performance, Reporting & Improvement

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs.
  • Adjust and refine activity in line with performance, trends, and competitor insights.
  • Uphold best practice for event websites, data capture, analytics, and performance reporting.

Client-Facing Project Delivery

  • Support the creation and execution of client-focused deliverables such as webinars, whitepapers, roundtables, and surveys (non-event tied).
  • Work closely with editorial and sales to ensure outputs meet client objectives.
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns to promote MAS solutions and generate qualified leads.

Systems, Processes & Technology

  • Manage third-party agencies, data providers, and technology vendors to maximise ROI.
  • Use technology to automate low-value tasks and free up time for high-impact work.
  • Drive high-quality lead flow into the MAS business using digital tools and best practices.

Team Structure

You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Events & MAS, and work closely with global marketing colleagues across Europe, the US, and APAC.
