INGENIOUS.BUILD, formerly IngeniousIO, is a technology company that provides project management software for the Real Estate Development and Construction industry. We were founded in 2016.

Our platform is a cloud-based application with three connected modules: Project Financials, Project Management, and Construction Administration. This software helps organizations and stakeholders manage projects, streamlining operations and reducing risk through automation and real-time insights. We connect project team members in real-time within a single interface.

Our platform is used by owners, developers, general contractors, and design teams. Key features across our modules include: financial approvals workflow, cash flow forecasting, contracts, bid packages, RFPs, portfolio view, funding source management, proposals, change orders, invoicing, master project budgets, open book accounting, multi-currency support, capital planning, expense reports, billing, and cost codes within Project Financials. The Project Management module offers project templates, scheduling, document management, dashboards, tasks, meetings, timesheets, exports, a project directory, notification center, digital signatures, automated onboarding, project journal, and reports. For Construction Administration, features include RFI management, drawings, submittals, inspections, daily reports, punch lists, jobsite media, quality and safety tracking, materials management, jobsite locations, and closeout procedures.

Our mission is to innovate within the development and construction industry, focusing on efficiency and excellence. We aim to build a cloud application that manages the entire lifecycle of real estate construction projects. Our development approach emphasizes initiative, cross-functional collaboration, delivering business value, and creating scalable solutions with high code quality, modular architecture, and testable designs.

We are a remote team of 51-200 employees. We use DevOps practices and Scrum-based planning. Our culture is collaborative, aiming for a supportive atmosphere with minimal meetings and flexible work hours.
