Cross-Functional Coordination & Implementation Support

  • Coordinates closely with the Partnership Operations team to ensure alignment across scheduling, data collection, compliance, and reporting systems
  • Collaborates with internal instructional leaders to ensure observation insights inform broader district strategy and improvement plans
  • Participates in internal calibration and coordination meetings to ensure alignment with district action plans, instructional priorities, and organizational frameworks
  • Contributes feedback on observation tools and processes to improve consistency, usability, and impact

Professional Learning Facilitation & Coaching

  • Facilitates targeted professional learning sessions for teachers and leaders as part of district-supported implementation plans
  • Adapts facilitation approaches based on partner context while maintaining fidelity to Instruction Partners’ frameworks and TEA requirements
  • Provides informal coaching and feedback to instructional coaches and school leaders to strengthen their observation and feedback practices
  • Internalizes and prepares all session materials to ensure high-quality delivery and responsiveness to participant needs

Systems, Compliance & Operational Excellence
