Founded on January 17, 1994, we design and manufacture engineered solutions for thermal and acoustical energy management. We provide custom solutions including thermal blankets, wraps, shielding, and acoustical treatments for a broad range of applications.

Our products include T1000, T101, T2000 sewn fabric insulation blankets for engine parts and exhaust components; T3000, T301, T302 series foil heat shields for applications like combustor cases and bleed air ducting; and T4000 sheet metal insulation cladding systems designed for harsh environments up to 2100°F. We specialize in thermal insulation for power systems in energy, industrial, and transportation applications, having supplied over 5 million thermal insulation jackets and heat shields.

Our services include turnkey project execution, covering project engineering, thermal insulation design, rapid fabrication, installation, and lifecycle support. We also offer engineering services such as mechanical design, solid modeling, thermal analysis, 3D image scanning, and reverse engineering, alongside field services like installation drawings, factory fit-ups, and commissioning support.

We have manufacturing plants in Yuma, Arizona; Santa Ana, California; and San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico. We are UL Listed (File:FTSR2.AU5204), USCG Compliant/SOLAS Capable, and adhere to standards including DFARS 252.204-7020 / NIST 800-171, ASTM E84, ASTM E162, and NFPA 701.
