  • The Testing Assistant assists in defining and creating test cases from functional specifications. In addition support for all tasks within the testing area are provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • The external service provider will support the Client Testing team in the following areas:
  • Client & External Testing Coordination
  • Coordinate project client testing activities across multiple markets and activation waves.
  • Act as a central point of contact for external participants (clients, Transfer Agents, infrastructures, vendors) during test preparation and execution phases.
  • Support the organization of guided simulations, bilateral and trilateral testing, in alignment with E2E and migration streams.
  • Test Planning & Execution Support
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of client testing plans, timelines and test windows aligned with UNO release schedules.
  • Assist in defining and validating test scope, scenarios and entry/exit criteria for client facing testing.
  • Coordinate test readiness, including environment availability, prerequisites and participant onboarding.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Support the preparation, consolidation and maintenance of client testing documentation, forms and guidelines.
  • Track testing progress, participant status and execution outcomes.
  • Consolidate defects, issues and observations and ensure structured follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder & Governance Support
  • Ensure close alignment with E2E Testing, Migration, Operations, IT and PMO teams.
  • Contribute to testing governance meetings and provide regular status updates.
  • Escalate risks, constraints and dependencies impacting client testing delivery.

Mandatory skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in project testing coordination within financial services, ideally post trade, custody, settlement or asset servicing.
  • Hands on experience coordinating external/client testing, including multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Understanding of end to end testing frameworks in complex transformation programs.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a multi stream program environment.

Optional skills:

  • Experience with CSD, T2S, settlement or corporate actions environments.
  • Prior involvement in market migrations or large regulatory/operating model changes.
  • Familiarity with testing tracking tools, dashboards or Jira based environments.
  • Experience working with external vendors, Transfer Agents or market infrastructures.
