Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Lead to own how Intellect engages members throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding and activation to sustained engagement and long-term retention.
This role is responsible for designing and executing lifecycle strategies that drive member registration, engagement with mental health resources, and continued product usage across enterprise clients.
You will work closely with Client Success, Tech, and Product teams to translate product capabilities and client needs into targeted campaigns and journeys that deliver measurable engagement outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who combines data-driven thinking, lifecycle strategy, and operational execution, and who is comfortable building scalable engagement programmes in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Lifecycle Strategy & Campaign Development
- Own lifecycle marketing strategies that drive member activation, engagement, and retention across Intellect’s platform.
- Design and execute onboarding journeys, engagement campaigns, and behavioural nudges that encourage members to explore and utilise mental health support.
- Continuously optimise lifecycle journeys based on user behaviour, product usage data, and engagement insights.
CRM Platform Ownership
- Manage and optimise Intellect’s CRM and lifecycle engagement platforms to deliver targeted and personalised communications.
- Build scalable campaign frameworks, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows.
- Ensure CRM infrastructure supports experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Data, Insights & Optimisation
- Track and analyse key lifecycle metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
- Develop testing frameworks (A/B testing, segmentation experiments) to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and client teams.
Member Engagement & Behavioural Design
- Design engagement strategies that support positive mental health behaviours and encourage members to seek support when needed.
- Ensure messaging is empathetic, culturally relevant, and aligned with Intellect’s evidence-based approach to care.
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, digital health, or consumer platforms.
- Strong experience designing and executing automated lifecycle campaigns and engagement journeys.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret engagement data and optimise campaigns.
- Experience working with CRM or engagement platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client-facing teams.
- Strong operational discipline and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mental health, healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits
- Experience supporting B2B2C engagement models where users access services through employers or partners.
- Experience working with global or multi-market user bases.
Location
Open to candidates based in the Malaysia (hybrid) or Indonesia (remote).
