This flexible, freelance role allows you to set your own hours, making it an excellent addition to your current job or private practice. While we prefer local trainers, we welcome all experienced fitness professionals who are motivated to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one fitness coaching through video consultations and text-based support on our platform
- Tailor fitness programs to each client, adapting to their fitness levels, goals, and any limitations
- Collaborate on innovative fitness content and program ideas to enhance our platform’s offerings
- Build lasting client relationships through clear and supportive communication
- Stay current on fitness trends and best practices to continually improve client results
- Respond quickly to client questions and feedback to ensure satisfaction and promote client retention

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Physical Fitness Trainer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organization
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to simplify complex fitness concepts
- Content Creation: Ability to produce engaging written content; video creation skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Approach: Empathetic, client-focused approach with a true passion for helping clients reach their goals
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in fitness tracking software, video conferencing, and other relevant digital tools
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
