- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Ability to create clear documentation: BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
- Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have skills
- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
- Background in specific domains (FinTech, Automotive.)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI solutions
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with designers
- Experience with API integrations and basic technical knowledge (REST, JSON, SQL)
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other modeling notations
- Experience in pre-sales or discovery phases
Responsibilities:
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Maintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement review sessions
Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and answering domain-related questions
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
Validate implemented solutions against requirements and support UAT activities
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to requirements and proactively propose improvements
Ensure documentation is clear, up to date, and accessible for all project stakeholders
