InvestorFlow is the only company of its kind to deliver industry specialized CRM, built on Salesforce, and digital portals to help alternative asset firms find opportunities, create and manage relationships, and turn relationship insights into action with increased productivity and transparency.
Salesforce Consultant with 3+ years of experience configuring and optimizing Salesforce solutions, including user management, security design, workflow automation, and third-party integrations. Experienced in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, managing client-facing projects, coordinating QA/UAT activities, and delivering successful implementations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to drive client success and business value.
You will:
- Establish trusted relationships with clients
- Translate business requirements into working technical solutions
- Configure the Salesforce platform using advanced workflows and third-party applications
- Implement processes that align with client business objectives
- Collaborate with the project team and clients
- Coordinate QA and UAT activities
- Delegate tasks to others including the data and delivery teams
- Provide updates on the status of the projects to clients
- Identify opportunities to continue InvestorFlow’s value-add partnership
You have:
- 3+ years experience configuring the Salesforce platform including user management, object configuration, securing design, and advanced workflows
- 2+ years of experience designing configuration-based solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Project management experience
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to be prescriptive and offer recommendations for success
- A strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working with third-party applications (e.g. Conga)
