Job Description

Shift: UK/European Hours
Department: Business Architecture & Solution Design (Navigator Team)
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive professional to join our global Business Architecture & Solution Design team. In this role, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of our group-wide planning and resource management solution, collaborating with international teams and contributing to streamlined, efficient workflows across jurisdictions. What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain one of the key modules of our global platform by designing, creating, updating, and standardising checklists used across multiple countries.
- Contribute to enhancements in our end-to-end workflow and resource management solution, improving collaboration and operational efficiency between global teams.
- Support international operational teams in their daily platform usage, coordinating with end-users, IT teams, and project stakeholders to ensure consistent global standards.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation including test scripts, user manuals, and training materials.
- Investigate operational issues, analyse root causes, and identify opportunities for improvements or new system developments.
- Assist with data updates, user acceptance testing, and coordination with developers to deliver system enhancements.

Qualifications
About you
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or implementation roles.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at various levels globally.
- A proactive, “can‑do” mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Experience working in global, fast-paced environments, ideally within Financial Services, Private Equity, or Investor Services.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, along with experience working in Agile environments.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of product development standards and familiarity with Azure DevOps.
