Tellent HR Manage, our HRIS module, is a core HR solution that manages time tracking, time off, payroll, expenses, and compliance from one platform. It automates hiring, development, and off-boarding processes through smart workflows and integrations. The system centralizes people data for compliance and security.

Our performance management tools, part of Tellent HR Grow, focus on improving employee performance and development. They automate performance review cycles, offer customizable templates, and provide real-time insights. The tools support employee engagement through AI-powered feedback cycles, 360° feedback, and surveys. They also help employee development with structured plans and personalized learning experiences, linking individual and team goals with company objectives.

Tellent Intelligence provides AI and automation for daily HR tasks, like writing candidate emails, translating job postings, and summarizing interview feedback. We also connect with over 500 tech and service partners for integrations and local support.

We specialize in Human Resources and SaaS, offering features for annual reviews, professional reviews, 360 feedback, surveys, and SMART objectives. Over 7,000 businesses worldwide trust us, including Staples, Framestone, bunq, Transcom, Taskhuman, and M&S, and we operate in over 100 countries. We offer several employee benefits. You can work remotely or hybrid in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, and you have the flexibility to work from anywhere for four weeks each year.

We provide an annual training budget of €1,500, plus internal training. We offer paid holidays, for example, 30 days in Germany and the Netherlands, or 28 days plus an extra two days in 2026. A pension scheme and wellness perks, including a fitness subscription, are available.
