Description
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend-Focused Fullstack Developer who’s passionate about building modern, scalable web applications.
You’ll work primarily with Angular (and occasionally React) on the frontend, while contributing to backend services built with Elixir.
You’ll join our Frontend Foundation Team - a small, high-impact group within our 20-person Frontend Guild. We make things run fast, smooth, and reliable.
Our mission is to empower other product teams by building the core tools, shared libraries, and performance improvements that keep our platform rock-solid.
Your journey:
First 3 Months:
Get familiar with our ecosystem and start contributing to performance and reliability improvements.
Within 6 Months:
Take ownership of shared frontend components and help other teams build faster and better.
After 1 Year:
Become a key technical reference, leading cross-team initiatives and shaping our frontend architecture.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the development of complex UI features using Angular and React
Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Contribute to Elixir services when needed
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions
Share knowledge and mentor other developers on frontend best practices
Requirements
What you bring
Strong expertise in Angular and solid experience with React
Practical knowledge of TypeScript, modern bundlers (e.g. esbuild, Vite, Webpack), and experience working in Nx monorepos
Good understanding of Elixir
Passion for performance, scalability, and clean architecture
Experience working closely with product teams in a cross-functional environment
Communicative English and Polish, both spoken and written

Salary in the range of:
For B2B: 20000 - 28000 PLN + VAT and 30 paid break days
For an employee contract: 16.600 PLN - 23.200 PLN and 26 paid holiday days on employee contract + 2 wellbeing days each year
