Job Description
- Lead the testing team ensuring the quality of Jeeves’s products.
- Drive industry best practices for manual testing, test automation, test execution and test management to achieve high product quality
- Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve product quality through tools and processes.
- Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with product roadmap delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement objectives and key results for the product quality team
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development testing experience.
- Strong understanding on various QA Tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Test automation experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright or equivalent
- Experience with testing SaaS applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to navigate communication with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently
