Established in 1997, we’ve specialized in wholesale and correspondent mortgage lending. As a Third-Party Originator (TPO) lender, we offer a wide range of mortgage products and services. These include Jumbo, Non-QM, Conforming, Government (FHA, VA), Investor DSCR loans, High-Balance, ITIN, and Fixed Rate Second Mortgages.

We also handle purchase and refinance options for programs like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae. Our operational processes include underwriting (for Conventional, VA, FHA, Non-QM, Jumbo, Manual, AUS, and Alternative Doc loans), loan setup and disclosures, loan closing (for Conventional, VA, and FHA loans), and quality control for both pre-funding and post-closing stages. We use various mortgage systems, including Encompass, Lenderprice, Mercury, Salesforce, Hubspot, Corelogic, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Our services are designed for licensed real estate and mortgage lending professionals.
