Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize a variety of communication channels to support and assist customers, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Walgreens products, services, and policies.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Meet or exceed performance and service quality metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
