We invest heavily in digital-first operations, allowing our teams to collaborate effectively across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian Provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
What you’ll do
Design & Development: Design, develop and maintain both frontend and backend components with a focus on frontend.
Develop APIs, services, developer tools focusing on scalability, security and performance.
Build delightful UI/UX experiences using modern web frameworks and libraries.
Use observability tools to measure and enhance application performance and reliability.
Work closely with product engineers and designers to align on platform improvements.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for building modern web apps.
Solid experience with Python and web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
Hands-on experience designing and integrating GraphQL and REST APIs.
Familiarity with distributed systems, background jobs ( Celery), or data pipelines.
Deep understanding of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL preferred).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and own features end-to-end.
