This fully remote position contributes to reliable, compliant hiring processes by combining structured administration with clear communication and disciplined prioritisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
• Define process standards and improve operational metrics for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
• Set delivery priorities, workload allocation, and quality checkpoints across hiring pipelines
• Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control
• Ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
• Salary range: 600,000 - 830,000
