Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients’ agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two – and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.
As a Financial Accounts Payable Analyst, you will work with our Finance team and Client Services teams to track and manage financial agency and client spend, as well as assist with creating and maintaining financial records, in but not limited to accounts payable. The role will involve communication with vendors directly as well. You will need to have outstanding problem-solving and detailed abilities, an understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, and excellent English communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts payable using processing software and tools, such as Beanworks for different entities and vendors;
- Ensuring vendor invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner;
- Analyzing workflow processes looking for areas of improvement;
- Analyzing monthly spend data for clients in different currencies from various vendors, such as Amazon, Google, Facebook;
- Performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books;
- Become an expert in Kepler’s accounting software (Sage Intacct);
- Communicate with Kepler’s Client Solutions team and different vendors to resolve billing issues;
- Assist with completing monthly close;
- Share best practices across teams.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required; provinding a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.
- Bookkeeping, accounts payable and vendor bill processing.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices as well as general office practices and procedures;
- Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies with proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems;
- Excellent English communication skills: B2/C1 level.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage complex workload and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills and ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and work as part of a team.
