Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR initiatives and day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience Human Resources and provides an opportunity to learn and contribute to employee-focused initiatives within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation
Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in gathering data and creating reports for various internal and external activities.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs
Support the preparation of reports, trackers, presentations, and internal communications materials
Assist in organizing training sessions and HR-related activities
Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Candidate must be enrolled in internship practicum units
Willing to render at least 300 internship hours (per school requirement)
Willing to report onsite at least two (2) times a week
Proficient in utilizing Google Workspace applications (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
