Koala Health

We founded Koala Health in 2021 as a fully-licensed pet pharmacy specializing in veterinary services. We provide medications and health products for dogs and cats.

We make pet care easier by handling prescriptions directly with veterinarians. Upon request, we can sort and package medications by date and time into individual pouches. We also offer free delivery and auto-refill services. We only charge for the products needed, with no extra service or shipping fees.

Our product range includes prescription items like Simparica TRIO, Apoquel, Rimadyl, Adequan Canine, Carprofen, and Meloxicam, as well as supplements such as Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora Probiotic for Dogs. We dispense all companion animal prescriptions and health-related supplements, including refrigerated products and controlled substances, provided there’s a valid prescription.

Our US-based pharmacy, Koala Pharmacy Boston LLC, holds Massachusetts pharmacy permit #DS90363. We are LegitScript certified and have NABP Healthcare Merchant Accreditation. We source all products from manufacturer-approved distributors and manufacturers.

All orders ship free from our Boston pharmacy within the United States, typically taking 3-5 business days after prescription approval. We offer a free auto-refill service and manage prescription renewals with your vet. We also offer a personalized ‘Care Box’ for monthly shipments.

We accept credit and debit cards and process payments upon shipment. While we cannot accept returns on prescription medications and over-the-counter products, we address any issues with incorrect or damaged shipments.

We also partner with veterinary clinics to provide home delivery services. We connect with Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) such as Avimark, Cornerstone, Impromed, Intravet, ezyVet, Shepherd, and Vetspire.

Our mission is to simplify pet health and the healthcare experience for pet parents. We focus on modernizing pet health and making pet medication easy.
