We provide pet medical insurance for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens. We operate in North America and are underwritten in the U.S. by American Pet Insurance Co. and in Canada by Omega General Insurance Co. We focus on swift claims resolutions and excellent customer service.

We use data in our operations, including veterinary research, to inform product design, claims policy, actuarial models, and strategic decisions. Our work involves managing the Atlassian ecosystem with Jira, supporting agile delivery, IT service management, and enterprise reporting. We also handle customer retention through our contact center, manage IT initiatives, and perform actuarial work related to pricing, reserving, and forecasting within a regulatory environment.

We have 1001-5000 employees. Our work environment is casual, pet-friendly, and collaborative. Many roles based in Seattle operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring at least three days in the office. We offer remote positions across most U.S. states and focus on maintaining a strong remote culture. We encourage professional development, including support for actuarial exams.
