LastPass is looking for a Business Development Representative:
In this role, you will drive outbound pipeline growth across the APAC region, engaging prospects and customers across all industries while helping LastPass deliver on its mission to provide seamless access to everything people need to work efficiently, move faster, and stay protected.
About the team:
You will be joining a high-energy, globally distributed team of BDRs supporting EMEA, North America, and APAC. This team is the proactive face of LastPass - often the first point of contact for prospects and customers alike. The team is on an exciting journey, transitioning to an outbound-first model and building a best-in-class pipeline engine.

Who will you work with?
You will collaborate closely with Account Executives across the APAC region, fellow Business Development Representatives based in the Philippines, and a regional marketing team. Together, you will design and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage prospects and customers, generating qualified pipeline for the Go-to-Market organisation.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?
- Engage prospects and customers across multiple APAC regions and industries through outbound calling and email outreach
- Conduct high-volume outbound activity to build and maintain a healthy pipeline across your assigned territory
- Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to develop targeted, account-based outreach strategies
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Go-to-Market BDR playbook and outbound motion
- Communicate LastPass’s evolving product capabilities to prospects in a compelling and relevant way
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where agility and continuous learning are valued
What does it take to work at LastPass?
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated drive and resilience in a goal-oriented environment
- Proven capacity to absorb coaching and apply feedback quickly
- Recognised internally as a team player who contributes to a collaborative and supportive culture
- Proven curiosity and genuine interest in building a career in technology sales
- Based in Sydney, Australia
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling activity as part of a structured daily routine
It’s great, but not required :
- Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role
- Proficiency in one or more additional languages relevant to the APAC region
- Background in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity
