Position Overview
A well-established organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the Executive Office. This role works closely with senior administrative leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination of executive activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executive leadership.
Manage and triage incoming calls and shared inbox communications.
Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, and other executive materials.
Organize and manage logistics for meetings and events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and vendor coordination.
Provide on-site meeting and hospitality support for internal and external guests.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Distribute notifications and communications to leadership groups and affiliated partners as needed.
Serve as backup support for senior administrative leadership functions.
Assist with special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Occasionally provide transportation support for visiting guests as required.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive office environment preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote required).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Clean driving record (verification required upon conditional offer).

Work Arrangement

Initial onboarding period requires consistent in-office presence.
$60,000 - $72,000 a year
