Mid-Level Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of general accounting principles

Salary: $80,000-95,000/year depending on experience

This is a hybrid opening (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in QuickBooks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Create and maintain financial reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• 4-10 years related work experience
