Overview:
A high-growth franchise platform is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Maintain and strengthen internal controls
Collaborate directly with company leadership and ownership to support strategic growth
Provide financial insights to guide decision-making across the business
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a multi-entity or multi-site environment
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
