Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Learning on part-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Multimedia Specialist, you will have a direct impact on the design, production, and maintenance of multimedia assets, including video and audio content. This role blends hands-on creative production with AI-driven workflows and project coordination to ensure all assets meet Learnlight’s quality, accessibility, and branding standards. You will play a key role in a creative and technically agile team, supporting the delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences for adult learners worldwide.

You’ll play an essential role in:

  • Designing and producing professional video and audio content for adult learning programs (including language, intercultural skills, interpersonal skills, and specialized industry content).

  • Editing, assembling, and enhancing audiovisual materials using tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, Audacity, Avid Pro Tools, Ableton Live, or similar platforms.

  • Integrating and researching AI-driven tools for multilingual content creation, translation, and scalable production.

  • Ensuring all content meets WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

  • Managing end-to-end multimedia workflows, coordinating with instructional, technical, and subject-matter teams.

  • Overseeing vendors and external collaborators, providing feedback, and tracking usage and payments.

What You’ll Offer

  • 2+ years of experience in multimedia, video, or audio production, preferably for e-learning or digital learning environments
  • Strong working knowledge of multimedia tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Audacity, or similar
  • Ability to create visually engaging and pedagogically effective content, with practical understanding of WCAG and inclusive design principles
  • Hands-on experience with AI-based content creation tools (avatars, translation tools, LLMs) and strong interest in AI-powered learning media
  • Highly collaborative and cross-functional, comfortable working remotely and communicating across global teams while following detailed briefs
  • Fluency in English, self-directed, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects with strong time management and documentation skills
