Job Description

  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets concerning lender product and support
  • Regularly conduct spot checks and update product configuration such as Rates, Fees, and Features in the system
  • Support the accurate configuration and timely updates of rates, fees, product features, and policy requirements across systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform regular product configuration audit on the system to ensure lender product data are kept up to date
  • Review, audit, and authorise product data updates to guarantee brokers and customers always have access to correct, compliant, and up-to-date information.
  • Perform assessment and investigation on product-related issues and concerns
  • Facilitate discussions with Maintain team members and other relevant stakeholders in relation to process, risk and status reporting
  • Propose solutions and enhancements which will contribute to the improvement of the team’s systems and processes
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools and automation to streamline data validation, documentation management, and product update processes

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education qualification in IT or Finance related discipline
  • Ability to perform gap analysis to identify necessary changes and its impact particularly on the area of product configuration and support
  • Capability to develop, plan and execute activities to achieve agreed outcomes
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in mortgage products and processes, preferably, from an Australian mortgage industry or financial institution
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
  • A Self-starter and capable of demonstrating an independent workload self-management attitude but is a team player.
  • Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces)

Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair)
