Leave policies vary by region: US employees receive 39 days of annual leave (27 days PTO, 11 federal holidays, and 1 James Lind Day). UK employees receive 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
For health and wellness, we contribute $800 monthly for US health insurance. US employees also get a $40 monthly wellness allowance with flexible spending options. UK employees receive a Β£60 monthly wellness allowance that can be used for health insurance, Wellhub membership, or other wellness activities.
