We are a contract research organization (CRO) for life science companies, providing clinical trial services. We offer a complete solution for running clinical studies from start to finish. This includes trial design, patient recruitment, clinical data capture, monitoring, and project management.

Our approach combines a clinical operations team with an AI-software platform. We access over 30 million Electronic Health Records and use B2C marketing channels for patient recruitment.

We work with sponsors in the US, UK, and Europe. We have supported over 40 sponsors, helping them complete clinical studies faster than traditional CROs.

We offer transparent pricing with fixed-price quotes per study and milestone-based payments. Clients give us an average satisfaction score of 9.73 out of 10 (or 4.7 out of 5) after studies close.

We have a flexible working model. Our US and EU teams are fully remote. For our UK team, we have an office near London Bridge, and we encourage employees to work in the office three days a week after onboarding.

We offer competitive compensation, including salary and meaningful equity or stock options. Everyone gets an annual $2,000 budget for learning and development, which they can use for courses, certifications, and conferences.

Leave policies vary by region: US employees receive 39 days of annual leave (27 days PTO, 11 federal holidays, and 1 James Lind Day). UK employees receive 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

For health and wellness, we contribute $800 monthly for US health insurance. US employees also get a $40 monthly wellness allowance with flexible spending options. UK employees receive a £60 monthly wellness allowance that can be used for health insurance, Wellhub membership, or other wellness activities.

We offer flexible working hours, especially for part-time research physician roles (4-10 hours/week). These roles come with competitive rates, additional pay for on-call rota participation, and insurance coverage for work done on our behalf. All new hires get a laptop (Mac or Windows).

We offer enhanced parental leave: 16 weeks full pay for the primary caregiver and 6 weeks for the secondary caregiver.
