We are a contract research organization (CRO) for life science companies, providing clinical trial services. We offer a complete solution for running clinical studies from start to finish. This includes trial design, patient recruitment, clinical data capture, monitoring, and project management.

We offer competitive compensation, including salary and meaningful equity or stock options. Everyone gets an annual $2,000 budget for learning and development, which they can use for courses, certifications, and conferences.

Leave policies vary by region: US employees receive 39 days of annual leave (27 days PTO, 11 federal holidays, and 1 James Lind Day). UK employees receive 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

For health and wellness, we contribute $800 monthly for US health insurance. US employees also get a $40 monthly wellness allowance with flexible spending options. UK employees receive a Β£60 monthly wellness allowance that can be used for health insurance, Wellhub membership, or other wellness activities.

We provide monthly lunch vouchers for remote team members. We organize regular company events and team gatherings, both virtual and in-person. We also partner with charities like Forward Trust for volunteering opportunities.

We offer flexible working hours, especially for part-time research physician roles (4-10 hours/week). These roles come with competitive rates, additional pay for on-call rota participation, and insurance coverage for work done on our behalf. All new hires get a laptop (Mac or Windows).

We offer enhanced parental leave: 16 weeks full pay for the primary caregiver and 6 weeks for the secondary caregiver.
