Our platform uses a Large Behavior Model for healthcare to automate dynamic, personalized communications. This approach goes beyond demographics to create tailored experiences, supports ongoing engagement through continuous learning, and adapts interventions to guide individuals through their health journeys.

Our solutions help health systems engage patients and payers engage members. The platform helps close care gaps, addresses health equity, and lowers healthcare costs by automating population outreach at scale.

We have 51-200 employees and operate as a remote-first organization. Employees in Tennessee (Knoxville, Nashville, or Franklin) have the option for hybrid work. We cover travel expenses for new employees to attend an onsite onboarding week in Tennessee.
