Job Description

Position Summary

The Technical Project Manager is a delivery-focused role on the Growth team responsible for turning marketing and growth initiatives into successful clients with measurable outcomes. This Technical Project Manager (TPM) oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, bridging the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders. They manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while leveraging technical expertise to guide software development, infrastructure, or IT projects for Lirio clients. Success in this role means faster, smoother launches; cleaner data; and repeatable operating rhythms that enable Lirio to scale at a start-up pace.
