Lirio is a technology/software company that provides expertise in a variety of behavioral science domains (e.g., behavioral economics, social psychology, public health), data science, and machine learning to drive consumer engagement, close gaps in preventive and chronic care, and promote health and well-being across an individual’s lifespan. Lirio’s behavior change AI platform unites behavioral science with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver Precision Nudging health interventions. Precision Nudging is the application of behavioral science to health interventions personalized by AI to each individual that overcome barriers to action at the right time and place for scalable, behavior change.
This is a remote role with the opportunity to be hybrid if located in Tennessee. All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
To ensure an excellent onboarding experience and integration into the company, new colleagues will spend their first week onsite at one of our offices in Tennessee. Travel expenses will be paid. This is a requirement.
Position Summary
TheTechnicalProduct Manageris responsible forensuring that our products create value for our customers, users, and our company. This role provides the vision, direction and leadership for several agile teams, both internal and outsourced, to help execute on the product vision and roadmap. TheTechnical Product Manager will be focused on delivery of the Lirio platform and capabilities as an integrated component in a digital health ecosystem and international deployments of the Lirio system. They will help to define the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and will lead the execution in collaboration with other Lirio teams, ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Product Management
Own delivery outcomes for product initiatives supporting international market expansion and ecosystem integrations
Lead backlog definition and prioritization for cross-platform integrations, including EMRs, CRMs, and digital engagement systems
Translate international deployment requirements into clear, actionable work for squads, including use cases, workflows, epics, user stories, tasks, and wireframes
Develop and maintain executable delivery plans, aligned to roadmap priorities and capacity
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Growth and Compliance teams to drive scope, sequencing, and tradeoff decisions
Manage and maintain product presence across channel partner marketplaces
Triage product ideas and requests to determine whether new features are required or existing functionality should be enhanced
Plan, track, and communicate product changes to internal and external stakeholders
Work with internal and external development partners to deliver and maintain product functionality
Advocate for the end user, ensuring squads understand customer needs and pain points
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with executives, squad leaders, and science and technology teams to align on technical design, resourcing, and delivery
Partner with other product team to continuously improve product and delivery processes
Communicate complex information clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
Serve as a product ambassador and subject matter expert to internal stakeholders
Other
Primarily supports internal teams, with increasing engagement with external partners for international deployments
Works with sensitive and confidential information, including PHI/ePHI, in compliance with HIPAA requirements
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
5–8 years as a Product Owner/Manager with end-to-end delivery ownership of complex healthcare product initiatives, including hands-on experience writing technical requirements, working directly with engineering teams, and driving successful execution from definition through launch.
Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise ecosystems or marketplaces (Azure, AWS, Oracle, Epic App Orchard)
Experience supporting international product deployments
Hands-on experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as:
EMRs: Epic, Cerner/Oracle (FHIR/HL7 preferred)
CRMs / Engagement Platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar
Experience with international product deployment and familiarity with international data requirements preferred
Strong ability to translate complex system integrations and data flows into actionable requirements
Clear, concise communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or similar Agile development life cycle model
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
Use Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage backlog, dependencies, and delivery progress
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
Collaborative and delivery-focused
Able to interpret and translate technical and/or complex concepts into meaningful information to project team members and/or business personnel
Excellent written and oral communication skills in technical and non-technical forums
Effectively prioritizes and executes tasks in high pressure environments
Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore development teams across time zones
Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
