We are looking for an agile, data-oriented Scheduling Representative to our team! We are seeking a representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. You will be in charge of coordinating a customer’s shipments by quoting, booking and scheduling to ensure we provide an optimal customer service experience within a teamwork-based and tech-driven company. DEPARTMENT: Logistics Operations
LOCATION: Philippines - Remote
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements
- Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process
- Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads
- Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing
- Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role
Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness.
Fluent in English - Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize. Able to tackle issues head-on and create resolutions with urgency.
Experience with high-volume scheduling, coordinating, or planning in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
Familiarity with USA geography
Experience within the Logistics industry
