About Long-Term Stock Exchange

Founded in 2015, we are a national securities exchange registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We built LTSE to provide an exchange with listing principles that encourage a long-term focus.

We offer three main services: Listings, Trading, and Private Markets.

For Listings, we provide public listing opportunities for companies that prioritize long-term profitability and purpose-driven leadership.

Our Trading platform is designed for long-term investing stability. Our market model and technology aim for reliability, efficiency, and simplicity, with new order types, enhanced order management, strong risk controls, and resilient technology for consistent performance. We also maintain a transparent fee structure for connectivity, trading, and market data.

Our Private Markets service helps investors and late-stage private companies align capital, governance, and mission to support sustained growth.

Our exchange is unique because of five SEC-approved principles:

Our regulatory arm, LTSE Regulation, makes independent decisions and operates with its Chief Regulatory Officer reporting to the Regulatory Oversight Committee of the Board of Directors.
