We are a digital-first lead agency specializing in design, technology, and social-first brand building for international brands. We offer services including Digital Products, Social Media, Online Advertising, Websites, Content Production, Storytelling, Mobile Development, Consulting, Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, Video Production, Performance Marketing, Digital Design, Growth Strategy, and Brand Consulting.

We focus on exploring the intersections between design, digital technology, and content marketing. We work with brands such as Porsche, Puma, Amazon Prime Video, Duolingo, Breitling, and Red Bull. Our work includes creating 3D visuals for automotive campaigns, planning and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, and developing social-first concepts with a focus on YouTube.

We also manage social media for global racing series, create high-impact content, and lead high-end studio and on-site photo productions. We operate in the advertising services industry.

We are digital by default, meaning our work begins with strategy to unify brand initiatives, channels, and activities, focusing on audience activation through a collaborative approach with our clients.

We emphasize a strong work ethic, rejecting shortcuts. We are 100% independent and owner-managed. Our founders have experience working with brands since the early days of digital communication, applying a mix of strategy, creativity, technology, and production to deliver brand value.

Our work environment supports hybrid work, allowing employees to choose between home office and our company office spaces daily without needing approval. Our headquarters in Salzburg spans 3,200m², and our overall office space is over 4,000 m². This includes a 600m² film and photo studio designed for working, collaboration, and inspiration.

We offer a starting gross annual salary of EUR 35,000 for full-time positions based in Austria, with potential for higher offers based on experience. For senior concept creative roles in Austria, the baseline salary is EUR 55,000.
