At LOOP, we don’t see AI as a tool — we see it as a system. A system that enables content to be created, adapted, and scaled at a level that traditional production simply can’t match. We’re looking for an Digital Asset Designer who combines strong design craft with an operational mindset. Someone who doesn’t just create assets, but builds the logic behind how they scale.
You’ll operate at the intersection of design, automation, and production, turning single campaign ideas into high-volume, multi-market output for FMCG and global brands. Working closely with account, production, and content teams, you’ll help shape how modern content systems actually work in practice.
Drive FMCG Brand Design Excellence: Leverage a strong graphic design portfolio focused on brand-building and high-impact online campaigns for FMCG brands, translating fast-moving consumer insights into compelling visual directions and scalable assets.
Create High-Volume, High-Quality Campaign Assets: Develop engaging, conversion-driven content and brand assets for digital-first FMCG campaigns, ensuring consistency across product lines, promotions, and seasonal activations.
Execute End-to-End Design Delivery: Lead projects from concept to final rollout, crafting effective layouts, typography, and color systems tailored to high-turnover FMCG environments and diverse retail touchpoints.
Leverage Tools & Technology Expertise: Apply advanced skills in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), with motion design considered for enhancing campaign storytelling.
Integrate AI into Creative Workflows: Use generative AI tools to accelerate production, iterate rapidly on concepts, and elevate creative output while maintaining brand consistency across large-scale FMCG portfolios.
Ensure Brand Consistency at Scale: Balance innovation with strict adherence to brand guidelines, delivering detail-oriented work that aligns with evolving trends while safeguarding brand integrity across multiple SKUs and markets.
Collaborate, Lead & Communicate Effectively: Provide strategic design direction and mentorship, manage multiple fast-paced projects with clarity, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams; fluency in English required, German a plus.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000.
