We’re looking for a Digital Brand Manager who thrives on strategic planning, structure, collaboration, and ownership — someone who can confidently manage projects across a diverse brand ecosystem while understanding how FMCG brands show up and perform across today’s fast-moving digital landscape.
In this role, you’ll act as the key day-to-day owner of multiple brand workstreams and digital campaign executions, reporting into the Account Lead and ensuring projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery. You’ll bring strong project management skills alongside a sharp understanding of digital and social media platforms, digital trends, and content performance, helping ensure every campaign is both operationally strong and creatively excellent.
Drive End-to-End Projects: Manage multiple digital content projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals to ensure smooth execution from brief to final delivery.
Own Brand Workstreams: Act as the central point of contact for assigned brands, maintaining consistency across campaigns, assets, and ongoing activations while protecting brand integrity and strategic direction.
Incorporate Innovation and new Technology: Help optimise and implement automated workflows with the help of AI technology to drive efficiency and help focus on innovation and creative work instead of repetitive manual labour.
Navigate Digital Platforms & Trends: Apply a holistic understanding of social media channels, platform best practices, content formats, and digital behaviours—translating emerging trends (e.g. TikTok formats, retail media, AI-driven content) into relevant, high-performing brand opportunities.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Team Members: Work closely with creatives, social media managers, AI content designers, production teams and external stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Build clear project plans, status updates, and reporting structures that provide visibility and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Dissect briefings and define strategic priorities, review outputs against brand guidelines, campaign objectives and market needs, ensuring all work meets quality standards and supports long-term brand growth.
Consult Clients and Foster Relationships: Act as a senior main touchpoint and reliable partner for our clients, feeling confident presenting decks, organising workshops or managing regular check-ins to make sure we build a strong long-term relationship on eye-level.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
