As our new Community Builder - Influence & Loyalty, you will join the Community team under the leadership of Melanie Laprée. Based in our Paris office, your mission is to design, implement, and optimize scalable programs that ensure freelancer readiness and drive long-term engagement. You will be the architect of programs that turn freelancers into loyal brand advocates.
Key responsibilities âš
Design and execute high-impact programs (like Super Malter) to boost freelancer engagement and platform loyalty.
Amplify our brand voice by identifying and nurturing a network of influential “Ambassadors” within the community.
Draft engaging content and communications, mastering the unique “Malt tone of voice” across all channels.
Build sophisticated, logic-based email workflows and audience segments to automate community nurturing.
Monitor program health and ROI by tracking key performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Local teams) to align community initiatives with global business goals.
Foster high-trust relationships with top freelancers through networking, recognition, and empathetic support.
About you đ§âđ
Experience: You have a solid background in community management or marketing, with experience in managing structured loyalty programs.
Technical Skills: You are proficient in Marketing Automation tools (building workflows/segmentation) and comfortable with data analysis.
Communication: You are a copywriting expert, capable of adapting to a specific brand voice and crafting high-impact messages.
Languages: You speak English and French on a native level to interact with our diverse community and internal stakeholders.
Soft Skills: You are a natural connector with high emotional intelligence, able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with ease.

Initial Screening: A first call with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background and motivation.
Manager Interview: Meet Melanie Laprée, Community Manager, to dive into the strategy and vision of the role.
Business Case: A practical exercise to demonstrate your creativity in program design and your analytical approach.
Final Round: A concluding interview with a key stakeholder from the Community department.
