We are seeking a Senior Financing Operations Manager to join our Finance Strategy-Central team in Paris.
As a Senior Financing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily financing operations: ensuring efficient transaction processing and risk management.
- Improving processes: continuously optimizing financing operations.
- Building strong relationships: fostering connections with external financing partners (Factors and Fintechs) and internal teams (Sales, Customer Care, Tech, and Finance) within an international scale-up environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of financing transactions: eligibility assessment, financing requests, and payment allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations, including fraud prevention, credit limit monitoring, and buyback processing.
- Address operational challenges with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational processes
About you
- Ideally 3 to 5+ years of experience in factoring, treasury, or finance operations, preferably within an international marketplace or fintech environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Jira, Google Sheets, Looker, and Slack is a plus.
