Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage all social media pages and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role includes creating ad creatives, managing budgets and targeting, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, stays updated on trends, and delivers measurable results across all digital marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve performance goals
Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and formats in collaboration with creative teams
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations
Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency
Set up and maintain tracking, pixels, and conversion events
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of paid media metrics and performance optimization
Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences
Working knowledge of analytics and tracking tools
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
