As part of their rapid growth, they are expanding their technical team in the Philippines and are on the lookout for talented, proactive, and highly motivated Insights Associate to join their dynamic team.
Job Description:
Support the execution of research studies that help brands win at the moment of purchase
Act as a point of contact for client communications and day-to-day questions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Help build project timelines and manage key milestones
Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable reports
Gain hands-on experience with company product stack and digital research tools
Participate in our Global Insights Academy, the client immersive training program for new talent
Data interpretation responsibilities include both independent analysis and supporting senior team members.
Support spans across all industries, client accounts, and projects without specialization
Client interaction includes sending project proposals and direct client communication through both email and video calls.
A Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Bachelor’s may be considered with relevant experience)
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing research, project execution/delivery, shopper insights, and consumer behavior studies.
Skills in using AI tools are highly valued, as the team optimizes processes through AI automation.
Must have experience using Excel and PowerPoint due to frequent presentation and analysis work while experience with the Monday.com work management tool is a plus.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
A natural curiosity about consumers and what drives their choices

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST (9pm to 6am Manila time), with 8 core working hours exclusive of 1 hour break
**Flexibility can be offered as long there is a 5 to 6 hours overlap
