Duties and Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to potential clients
•Qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities
•Build rapport quickly and communicate clearly
•Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
•Consistently hit and exceed lead generation targets
Must-have Skills/Qualification:
•At least 3 years of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
•Outstanding spoken English communication skills (neutral or clear accent is a must)
•Strong confidence and ability to handle objections naturally
•Results-driven mindset
•Professional phone presence and active listening skills
Advantageous Skills/Experience:
•Ability to sound natural and not scripted
•Can think on your feet and adapt conversations
•Have worked with international clients, preferably based in AU/US/UK
•Able to take ownership and consistently deliver results
